Delivery & Installation - Important Information

 

  

 

Having completed the Order Confirmation and Payment Information, we now need to clarify some details that will enable us to deliver or install your furnishings efficiently, smoothly and on the agreed date.

Before providing us with this information could we please ask you to satisfy yourself that as far as you are aware, there is no situation likely to arise that would cause problems with access to your property.

This can be things like personal commitments or that you are moving into a brand new home and your solicitors have obtained confirmation from the Developers that uninterrupted and unimpeded access will be afforded to our Installation Team. 

It is important you appreciate that we need to rely upon the information you give us so that we can forward plan the logistics as accurately as possible.

Unfortunately if our Installation Team arrive at the property and access is not possible for whatever reason and that this causes a delay of more than 2 hours, the delivery/installation may have to be aborted.

If this occurs under the circumstances described then a charge of £250 plus VAT will be added to the final invoice total.

 Hopefully this problem will not arise because we will maintain regular communication with you in the days leading up to delivery/installation so that if an unexpected problem occurrs an alternative date can be agreed without any charges being incurred.

As you would expect deliberate and accidental damage is excluded, although it may be possible for you to claim under your Household Contents Insurance Policy. However it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct level of cover with your chosen Insurers.

We ensure that all goods and furniture are properly transported in new, sturdy Vivid-Living Group branded packaging or protected by clean covers and professionally loaded in our own vehicles wherever possible. All members of our Delivery/Installation Team are directly employed by the company and fully trained.
